Cheesecake Factory Inc., based in Calabasas, has opened a new restaurant in Valencia, the company announced on Tuesday. The restaurant is located at 24250 Town Center Drive in Valencia. Its 250-item menu includes the chain’s new “’Super’ Foods” offerings, a selection of salads made in-house with fresh ingredients, according to the restaurant. Shares of Cheesecake Factory gained 21 cents a share, or less than a percent, to close Tuesday at $53.04 on the Nasdaq.
