North Ranch Shopping Center in Westlake Village has sold for nearly $123 million, according to the Los Angeles office of brokerage Savills Studley. A division of San Diego-based real estate investment trust Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. bought the 146,600-square-foot center at 3815 to 3963 Thousand Oaks Blvd. The sale price calculates to nearly $838 a square foot. The center is anchored by Ralph’s and Trader Joe’s supermarkets. Bill Bauman, executive vice president with Savills Studley, and Kyle Miller, senior managing director, represented the sellers, who were not disclosed.
