This fall Dick’s Sporting Goods will set up shop at the Glendale Galleria. The athletic apparel and footwear store based in Coraopolis, Pa. will lease the space vacated by upscale clothing retailer Nordstrom in 2013.

Nordstrom’s left the Galleria to open across the street at the Americana at Brand, freeing up the 75,000-square-foot space.

Dick’s Sporting Goods has 550 locations nationwide, 40 of which are in California. The retailer can be found at several shopping centers in the greater Valley, including the Antelope Valley Mall in Palmdale, Soledad Crossing in Santa Clarita and in Moorpark.
