Cheesecake Factory Inc. President David Gordon sold nearly 3,500 shares of common stock this week.
A March 4 filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission shows Gordon sold at the price of $48.34 (2,600 shares) and $48.33 (900 shares) of the Calabasas casual dining chain operator.
Gordon now has 4,537 shares remaining of his Cheesecake stock, reducing his stake by nearly 44 percent, according to the filing.
Shares closed up Thursday 50 cents or 1 percent to $48.19 on the Nasdaq.
Talon Internationals Inc. appointed Nancy Agger-Nielsen as its chief financial officer, effective April 1.
She will serve as vice president of finance on an interim basis until she assumes her CFO role with the global supplier of custom zippers, based in Woodland Hills.
Agger-Nielsen formerly served as CFO at Med-Legal LLC, a Covina provider of litigation support services, from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, she worked for Essex, U.K.-based NDC Infrared Engineering as its vice president of finance from 2004 through 2013, where she led the financial segment at the global supplier of online measurement instrumentation for the manufacturing industry.
Shares closed Thursday unchanged at 25 cents a share on the over-the-counter market.
