Moorpark Town Center has finished work on its redesign of the 140,000-square-foot retail complex. Nadel Architects of Los Angeles oversaw the exterior renovations, which included a new exterior façade, landscaping and upgraded architectural components to the building that was constructed in 1985. The renovation also added on to existing canopy structures. “By adding tower elements and intricate tiling to the roofing as well as new lighting and landscaping, we were able to upgrade the aesthetic appeal of the center and create more of a Mediterranean village environment,” said David Anderson, retail studio director at Nadel, in a statement. Ralph’s is an anchor tenant of the complex owned by Sunbelt Enterprises LLC. Other national retailers include CVS Pharmacy, Sherwin Williams, Taco Bell and Papa John’s. The center is located at 1 W. Los Angeles Ave in Moorpark.
