Interlink Board Members Resign

Sensor technology development company Interlink Electronics Inc. announced Friday the resignation of two members of its board of directors. News that Lorin Krueger and Edward Fred will leave the board comes just a week after the Camarillo company added two new directors. Chief Executive Steven Bronson said he was grateful for Fred and Krueger’s contributions to the company’s success and growth over the past four years. “Their collective knowledge in small- and medium-sized business operations was invaluable during the initial turnaround phase of Interlink,” Bronson said in a prepared statement. Bronson continues to serve on the board of directors with Angela Blatteis and Frank Levinson, who joined on July 2. Krueger, who chaired the compensation committee, is chairman and chief financial officer at Supply Tigers Inc., an ecommerce company in Mankato, Minn. Fred, who served as audit committee chairman, is the former chief executive of CPI Aerostructures Inc., in Edgewood, N.Y., where he continues as a consultant.
