Avery Dennison Corp. is moving its headquarters to occupy more than 54,000 square feet in Glendale. The labeling and packaging materials company signed a seven-year lease to move from Pasadena to the Class A office building at 207 Goode Ave. in Glendale early next year. Avery Dennison will join Whole Foods Market’s Southern Pacific regional headquarters as major tenants in the 144,000 square-foot tower. Financial details on the deal were not disclosed, but the building is marketed at $30 per square foot, according to CoStar Group Inc. The building features an LEED Gold rating from the U.S. Green Building Council. The Avery Dennison logo will marquee the south side of the building, which is visible to drivers on the 134 Freeway. CBRE Vice Chairman R. Todd Doney represented Avery Dennison in the lease.
