Provision Interactive Makes Tactical Partnership

Provision Interactive Technologies Inc. has signed an agreement with an Ohio firm to provide advertising and marketing support for the rollout of Provision’s 3-D kiosk network. Terms of the deal between the Provision of Chatsworth and PharMark Inc. of Perrysburg, Ohio, were not disclosed. Provision Interactive is a subsidiary of Provision Holding Inc. Provision is placing the kiosks in select Rite Aid stores in Los Angeles and New York City. The kiosks use 3-D holographic displays to capture the attention of shoppers and interactive screens provide coupons, promotions, and product samples. PharMark will provide coupons, promotions and other digital format advertising campaigns that allow Provision to expand its advertising to include local merchants in addition to national brands. PharMark makes for a good partner because of its resources and relationships to deliver a large quantity of local advertisers, said Provision President and Chief Executive Curt Thornton. “Our 3-D in-store kiosk provides the perfect digital alternative for PharMark’s ad customers,” Thornton said in a prepared statement.
