A Tarzana retail property of roughly 12,000 square feet has changed hands for more than $2.3 million, according to the brokerage involved in the deal.
Castle Dermatology Institute purchased the building at 18553-18563 Ventura Blvd, Colliers International said. The vacant property is near Providence Tarzana Medical Center.
Senior Associate Jeff Gould and Senior Vice President Jeff Albee of Colliers International represented the buyer and seller.
Albee said the buyer plans to rehabilitate the property—built in 1947—and relocate his dermatology and skin care practice there.
