A 41-unit apartment building in Studio City has been sold to a private investor for $7.2 million, according to the brokerage firm involved in the deal. Innodex Group LLC bought the nearly 37,000 square-foot building at 4301 Colfax Avenue from Colfax Cove Apartments LLC, CBRE Group Inc. said. The building, built in 1971, is composed has a pool and spa on the property. Executive Vice President Laurie Lustig-Bower and First Vice President Adrienne Barr of CBRE represented both sides in the transaction. Andrew Khouri
