Santa Monica West LLC has purchased a roughly 34,000 square-foot Mission Hills office building for $5.65 million, according to the brokerage involved in the deal. The company purchased the three-story Blackhawk office building—which boasts a red brick façade–from Blackhawk Office Associates LLC, Madison Partners said. Madison co-founders Lynwood Fields and Bob Safai represented both sides in the transaction. Santa Monica West lists its address as the headquarters of Realty Center Management Inc., a Los Angeles-based real estate management company, according to California Secretary of State records. The Blackhawk building—located at 15545 Devonshire St. and completed in 1984—was 97 percent leased when the deal closed last week, Madison Partners said. Andrew Khouri
