Industry veteran Natalie Bazarevitsch has been named senior managing director for the brokerage’s Universal City and Camarillo offices, where she will manage more than 60 brokers.

The Pasadena resident previously served as senior managing director for the Inland Empire region. She takes over for former senior managing director Richard Bright.

Bazarevitsch said it’s too early to detail her plans for the region but she will take the next 90 days to listen and learn from the company’s brokers in the greater Valley region.

“It’s a very strong team (in Universal City and Camarillo), and really I need to assess the people in the market and the market before any big decisions are made,” she said.

Bright will remain with CBRE, but will return to life as a broker.

Bazarevitsch has been with CBRE for more than 20 years. Before becoming a manager, she specialized in representing office landlords, developers and corporate tenants in the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire.
