Glendale-based printer company FutureLogic announced this week that it has been chosen as the supplier for three Canadian video lottery jurisdictions.

The selection means that the company’s thermal ticket printers will now be installed in more than 87 percent of the video lottery terminals in Canada.

“While taking a leadership position in GSA, Canadian jurisdictions are taking on an unprecedented modernization program with global implications. At FutureLogic, we are very appreciative of the support received in the Canadian market and look forward to participate in this ground breaking venture,” said Nick Micalizzi, FutureLogic’s vice president of sales and marketing in North America, in a prepared statement.

FutureLogic provides printer solutions for uses including casino and gaming vouchers, gas pump receipts, medical devices, point of sale coupons, and labels for assembly-line products.

“With the installation of our innovative printers, we now look forward to advancing FutureLogic’s PromoNet couponing solution in alignment with responsible gaming initiatives and promotional couponing,” said Micalizzi.
