The BLVD Hotel + Spa is scheduled to open in Studio City on Feb. 4, announced the site’s owner, PNK Group Investments. The new hotel, located at 10730 Ventura Blvd., has 58 rooms that include 30 suites. PNK Group Investments is a Hollywood-based a hotel investment company that acquires, builds and sustains hotels throughout California and Texas. “The building is nearly complete; we’ll soon be ready to welcome guests to their home away from home,” said Sagar Kumar, the hotel’s managing director. “BLVD will well serve visitors to Universal Studios Hollywood, Cahuenga Pass attractions like the Hollywood Bowl and John Anson Ford Theatre, as well as the numerous studios and production facilities nearby.” The hotel is expected to partner with local businesses, studios and attractions to offer special packages to guests. The new site has a bar, gym, spa and indoor pool. The rooms feature rain showers, in-room lounges, patios, balconies and complimentary Wi-Fi connection. Jessica Vernabe
