Asieh Mansour has been appointed as head of Americas Research and senior managing director of Global Research and Consulting for the CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. With more than 20 years of experience under her belt, Mansour will handle key duties including directing the company’s Amercias-based commercial real estate market analyst, advising the Americas professionals on economic issues and serving as the spokesperson on commercial real estate environment. In addition, she will be working closely with other CBRE colleagues worldwide. “Our research and analytical capabilities are a key strength for CB Richard Ellis, which we continually work to improve,” said Mike Lafitte, CBRE’s President of the Americas. ”Adding a professional of Asieh’s stature and accomplishment to our leadership team will markedly enhance our intellectual capital in the Americas.” Mansour was recently the managing director and head of Americas Research for RREEF. Mansour will be joining the Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company in May in the San Francisco-based office.
