Private real-estate developer SunCal has completed the sale of 224 residential lots in a master-planned community in the Santa Clarita Valley to KB Home, SunCal announced. The transaction for the Plum Canyon planned community is valued at more than $20 million and completes the sale of the remaining inventory of lots at the 215-acre development. “We’re very pleased to complete the sale of all the remaining lots at Plum Canyon,” said David Soyka, senior vice president of public affairs for SunCal. “This development is in a beautiful location, it has a superb land plan and there is demand for high quality lots in unique communities.” Plum Canyon is located just south of Plum Canyon Road and east of Bouquet Canyon Road, in the hills of the Saugus area of the Santa Clarita Valley. The development has 496 residential lots that range from detached condominiums to single-family homes. There are completed homes on the development’s initial 272 residential lots. Jessica Selva
