The merger between Calabasas-based Tri County Insurance and Westlake Village-based Steve Brooks Insurance Services has led to the creation of B & B Premier Insurance Solutions, Inc., the new Agoura Hills-based company announced. The official merge took place about nine months after the separate companies announced their union. The companies joined forces to offer enhanced services for clients, including the launch of a financial services division. The new division provides clients with health, life, disability and retirement products. B & B Premier Insurance also moved into a two-story, 13,500-square-foot office building n Agoura Hills. The company will maintain its two satellite offices in Santa Clarita and Calabasas to accommodate new and existing clients. The company now has more than 40 employees in its three offices. “The collaboration of our independent agencies has resulted in better options, pricing and service to our existing and new clients,” said Steve Brooks, former owner of Steve Brooks Insurance Services.
