TWC Aviation added to the number of airports at which to base aircraft following the acquisition of ACM Aviation. The acquisition by Van Nuys-based TWC is an important step in the company’s long-term expansion strategy, said President Andrew Richmond. “(ACM is) an ideal complement to TWC, sharing our passion for customer service, the highest safety, operational, and ethical standards, and a commitment to creating an exciting, rewarding workplace environment,” Richmond said. Both TWC and ACM are aircraft management and charter firms. TWC manages aircraft based at Van Nuys, San Diego, Oakland, Las Vegas and Phoenix. ACM has operation centers in San Jose and upstate New York. The transaction will close by the end of the year. Mark R. Madler
