Glendale Galleria and Northridge Fashion Center are offering a holiday shopping mobile application, the shopping centers announced. The application, called The Club mobile app, provides consumers with sales information, real-time navigation of the mall and games that offer chances to win prizes. The app, launched by the malls’ owner and manager General Growth Properties on Nov. 10, can be downloaded on iPhones and Android phones. “The Club’s mobile app is great because it truly strives to make our shoppers’ trips to the mall just a little less stressful, and it’s free,” said Daniyel Gordon, senior general manager of Northridge Fashion Center. “Not only is The Club’s mobile app a time saver, in some instances it will be a money saver.” The application will also be used at 159 additional General Growth Properties’ shopping malls across the country.
