Software developer DEX has signed automated-teller machine manufacturer Diebold as a customer for its DEX Systems Reverse Logistics software. The DEX Software will be used for the Diebold Global Service Logistics facility to drive the entire Diebold depot repair operation located in North Canton, Ohio. According to Camarillo-based DEX, the software will increase visibility, control and efficiencies throughout Diebold’s reverse-logistics operation. “For an industry leader like Diebold to select our software to improve their reverse logistics operations, demonstrates the capability, flexibility and power of the DEX Systems application,” said DEX Chairman and CEO Sheldon Malchicoff. “Our configurable software modules are battle tested daily running worldwide operations resulting in improved inventory management and operational efficiencies.” Thom Senzee
