Camarillo residents interested in becoming entrepreneurs could soon get financial assistance if a business-loan program expands to the city. The Economic Development Collaborative of Ventura County oversees the Revolving Loan Fund, which has two loan programs established by the U.S. Department of Commerce and partially funded by a consortium of cities in the county.
