PALMDALE – The Palmdale Applebee’s, closed in January as the result of a bankruptcy, reopened Monday under the ownership of the chain’s largest franchisee. The restaurant, at 39720 10th St. West, reopened under the ownership of Apple American Group, which owns 189 Applebee’s restaurants in Ohio, Indiana, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Washington state, California and Nevada.
