Lancaster-based Simulations Plus, Inc., provider of simulation and modeling software for the pharmaceutical industry, was ranked 53rd on the Fortune Small Business FSB 100 list of the fastest growing small public companies in America. The company was included in Fortune Small Business’ list in the July/August issue of the magazine. The list is comprised of U.S.-domiciled firms with annual revenues of less than $200 million and a stock price above $1, according to a press release. The ranking is based on revenue growth and stock performance over the past three years and a new requirement that companies had no negative growth in the most recent four quarters. Eric Billingsley
