For the first time Cal State Northridge and its College of Business Economics, has been named as one of the Best Business Schools, by the New York based education company Princeton Review. CSUN shares the honor with 296 business school programs. The report featured s two-page profiles of the schools and their MBA programs with write-ups on their academics, student life and admissions, plus ratings for their academics, selectivity and career placement services. In the profile, CSUN’s business school was described as, “providing its students with “solid preparation” in marketing, general management, teamwork, communication / interpersonal skills, presentation skills and quantitative skills. Robert Frank, Princeton Review’s vice president for publishing, said schools were selected to be included in the book based on “our high regard for their academic programs and offerings, institutional data we collect from the schools, and the candid opinions of students attending them who rate and report on their campus experiences at the schools.
