IPC Hospitalist Company added eight physicians and two nurse practitioners following the acquisition of a medical services firm based in Pueblo, Colo. Hospitalists of Pueblo, LLC provides services to St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center and Parkview Medical Center, the two acute care facilities serving the Pueblo community, southern Colorado and New Mexico. IPC Hospitalist Co. is based in North Hollywood. “The Hospitalists of Pueblo practice is recognized locally for their leadership in hospitalist medicine, and we are excited to have them join IPC as they continue to grow and expand hospitalist services to the community,” said Richard Stull, executive director of IPC-Colorado. “There is a tremendous opportunity to expand and deliver quality hospitalist care in the Pueblo area and beyond.” The Hospitalist Company is the largest provider of hospitalist medicine in the United States.
