Cherokee Inc. facilitated a licensing agreement between HomeGoods stores and Hearst Magazines. Under the terms of the agreement, HomeGoods stores will use Hearst’s Country Living brand in its home, d & #233;cor and lifestyle departments. HomeGoods, a member of The TJX Cos., operates about 251 off-price home fashions stores.
