Agoura Hills-based AMCAL Multi-Housing Inc. has opened a satellite office in Fresno to support its development activities in the Central and Northern California regions. Tom Davis will manage all six of the affordable housing projects currently in development in the region. The region will serve an area from Bakersfield to the East Bay. The Fresno team will provide services including land acquisition, entitlement, subsidy financial applications and tax credit applications. Leo Puig will serve as director of development.
