Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc. has opened a Lancaster office to service the Antelope Valley. Paul Bellgraph Peter Steigleder The brokerage team will be led by John Battle, a principal of the firm. Scott Romick and Alexander Wadley will cover the area for office leasing. Retail specialists Bill and Linda Hagelis and Paul Capra will cover the area in their specialties, and Peter Steigleder and Paul Bellgraph, industrial specialists, will also join the Antelope Valley team. Lee has also hired Errol Van Horne from Coldwell Banker, and Susan Champion who was previously with Dunn TIC Management LP. The office is the fourth for Lee’s LA North operation.
