Community West Bank has opened a branch in Westlake Village, its fifth branch location and the first in the greater San Fernando Valley area. The full-service branch will offer business loans, cash management services, merchant credit card processing and other services. Community West, headquartered in Goleta, also has branches in Santa Barbara, Santa Maria and Ventura.
