K-Swiss Inc., Westlake Village-based designer and manufacturer of athletic footwear declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share for the second quarter ending June 30, 2006. The dividend will be payable on July 14, 2006 to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2006.
