Camarillo-based Vitesse Semiconductor Corp. has announced that it has expanded in Taiwan, opening a customer technology center in Taipei. Vitesse said that customers there will have access to technology design equipment an a veteran team of application engineers. The center will serve the next generation communications and storage markets. The firm said that the location of the center is central to its OEMs and other customers in the region.
