Los Angeles Mayor James Hahn will deliver his annual “State of the Valley” address at the Valley Industry and Commerce Association Membership Committee Fair from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 26 at the Airtel Plaza Hotel in Van Nuys. The event is open to the public. Admission is free. Hahn was scheduled to give his address at VICA’s annual meeting on Dec. 9 but canceled due to illness. The VICA committee fair is an annual event where the nine VICA committees highlight the work they are involved in. Seating is limited and reservations are required. Call (818) 817-0545.
